We are humble and service oriented people with a variety of Print Technology in the Product Basket, thanks to the Envision of the Promoters MR. UDIT KAUSHIK who is a Printing Technologist and has got hands on Expertise of the Industry for over 7 years and Mr. Vivek Kaushik, a Mechanical Engineer with an experience of over 20 years, both making a good Amalgamation of Print & Fabrication. The result of their constant focus in the Industry has led them to establish themselves.
Our base situated in the heart of New Delhi’s Industrial Area where the latest State of Art Equipment has been installed to deliver the best.
And now we have our manufacturing infrastructure at Okhla Industrial Area for manufacturing the mentioned products.
The Plant and Machinery includes CNC Turrent Punch Press, CNC Bending Machines and other high-end machines to manufacture Retail Fixtures , Display Racks and Networking Telecom racks.
We have a wide range available in terms of Height, Width, Depth, Ventilation and we have the required capacity and flexibility to adapt to customer specific design.

EQUIPMENT MACHINES & FACILITIES
A high precision CNC Turret Punch Press machine.
A NC Bending Machine with all required tooling like Goose-Neck Punches and all to ensure that perfect bending
semi automatic pipe cutting machine up to Dia 90 mm.
We have MIG Welding, Spot Welding and Arc Welding and required fixtures to carry out these jobs comparable
to best in the industry.
Can be customized as per specific requirements. We manufacture from Open Frame Racks to absolute
air-tight enclosures. There are several solutions available to suit the specific requirement of sealing required.
App. 7000 sq. feet area in the building is demarcated for carryingout for our works we have all portable tools
for carrying out the assembly without denting or damaging the finished products.

SURFACE COATING
(BACH TYPE 12’ POWDER COATING)
- AnIn-House powder coating facility. The pre-treatment is a seven tank process for de-rusting, de-greasing, phosphating and passivationetc. The chemicals are regularly checked for their strength. The movement of Enclosures is with the help of a crane and is motorized so that the operator fatigue is not an issue to hamper the quality
- The tank sizes are large enough so that the biggest of enclosures that might be required, is dippedin to the tank as a whole, in one go.
- The Powder Coated Enclosures are subject to a stringent quality check before these are sent to the Assembly Area.
- The whole process is carried out in direct supervision of highly qualified and skilled manpower for the job.
